中青年高血压性脑出血患者的不同血压控制类型及临床效果分析

目的探讨中青年高血压性脑出血患者的血压控制类型及临床效果。方法选择本院中青年高血压性脑出血患者340例作为研究对象。男性130例,女性210例,按照是否采用血压控制分为3组,分别为未测血压组、血压未控制组和血压控制组。所有患者均符合WHOOSH1993年制定的高血压病诊断标准。所有患者均签署知情同意书,愿意参加本研究。选择SPSS13．0统计软件进行统计描述与分析。结果血压控制组在减少并发症方面均明显优于其他两组（P〈0．05）。结论采用有针对性的血压控制,可有效减少高血压性脑出血患者的并发症,应加强临床重视。

Different types of blood pressure control and clinical effect analysis of young and middle-aged patients with Hepertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the types of blood pressure control and clinical effect analysis of young and middle-aged patients with Hepertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Three hundred and forty young and middle-aged patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were chosen from our hospital as the research object,130 cases were male,210 cases were female.They were divided into three groups:did not measure blood pressure group,did not control blood pressure group and control blood pressure group,according to whether used the high blood pressure control respectively.All of the patients were accord with the hypertension diagnosis standard set in WHO/ISH 1993.All patients were informed agreement signed,and were willing to take part in this research.The statistical software SPSS 13.0 statistical was used for description and analysis.Results In the set of reducing complications,Patients in control blood pressure group,were significantly better than the other two groups (P< 0.05).Conclusion The targeted blood pressure control can be the effective method to reduce the complications of patients with Hepertensive cerebral hemorrhage,which should be strengthened clinical attention.
