前置胎盘60例临床分析

目的：探讨前置胎盘的病因、临床诊断及诊治方法。方法：回顾性分析本院2007年2月～2010年5月收治的60例前置胎盘患者的临床资料。结果：60例中有3例患者未足月,但入院时阴道出血多,立即行剖宫产术,其余57例中7例由阴道分娩外,其余50例均行剖宫产术终止妊娠。结论：加强孕期保健宣教,减少发病的高危因素,可降低前置胎盘的发生率。对前置胎盘患者进行早期诊断监测和治疗,及早发现前置胎盘合并胎盘植入,可降低孕产妇产后出血及新生儿死亡率。

Clinical analysis of 60 cases of placenta previa

Objective: To investigate the cause of placenta previa, clinical diagnosis and treatment methods. Methods: Clinical data of 60 cases of patients with placenta previa in our hospital from February 2007 to May 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: In 60 cases of patients, 3 cases did not mature, the vaginal bleeding was much when they got in hospital, and they were given cesarean section immediately, and in the remaining 57 cases, 7 cases took vaginal delivery, the remaining 50 cases were given cesarean section and termination of pregnancy. Conclusion: Enhancing health propaganda and educationcare during pregnancy, reducing the incidence of risk factors can reduce the incidence of placenta previa. Early diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of placenta previa, early detection of placenta previa combined implantation can reduce maternal and neonatal mortality after the bleeding.
