射频消融术治疗56例阵发性室上性心动过速的护理

目的：探讨射频消融术治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的护理方法。方法：对56例阵发性室上性心动过速患者在应用射频消融术治疗过程中给予包括心理护理、术前准备、术中观察、术后护理、预防并发症等护理措施。结果：56例患者中,消融成功54例,成功率为96.4%。其中2例因频繁发作行第2次射频消融术,术后未再复发。结论：射频消融术是治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的有效手段之一,认真细致地做好射频消融术的护理对提高手术成功率、确保护理质量、减少术后并发症、促进患者康复具有极其重要的意义。

Nursing of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation 56 cases

Objective: To investigate the nursing methods of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia treated with radiofrequency ablation. Methods: Fifty six cases of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia patients were treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation and who were given psychological care, preoperative preparation, intraoperative and postoperative care, prevention of complications in the process of surgery. Results: Among the 56 patients, ablation was successful in 54 cases, with a success rate of 96.4%. Two cases were given second radiofrequency ablation because of frequent episodes and no recurrence occurred after surgery. Conclusion: Radiofrequency catheter ablation is one of the effective treatment methods of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Careful and meticulous nursing of patients underwent surgery is significant to improve the success rate of surgery, which can ensure the quality of care, to reduce postoperative complications, and to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
