手术室完善术前访视术后回访的效果评价

目的对择期手术患者完善术前访视和术后回访的效果进行评价。方法将2010年1月～2011年3月本院择期手术患者1260例分为访视组和对照组,对照组在手术当天对患者进行简单交流;访视组对患者完善术前1d访视和术后3d回访。结果访视组患者满意度明显高于对照组。有效改善了患者预见性不安,融洽了护患关系,提高了手术室护理质量。结论做术前访视和术后回访是完善手术室优质护理服务的重要步骤,而术后回访方式的改进和定期小组讨论,对改进手术室护理工作具有重要意义。

Evaluation of the effect on communication with elective surgery patients before and after operation in operating room

Objective To evaluate the effect on improving the communication with elective surgery patients before and after operation in operating room.Methods The elective surgery patients 1 260 cases from January 2010 to March 2011 in our hospital were divided into two groups;the patients in the control group were received basic interactions with doctors on the day of operation.But in the visiting group,patients were taken care of for a whole day before the operation and they were followed-up three days after the operation.Results The rate of satisfaction in visiting group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The patients’ anxiety was effectively relieved.The relationship between nurses and patients was more harmonious.The quality of nursing care was improved significantly.Conclusion Communication with elective surgery patients before and after operation in operating room is an important step to the quality of nursing care.The improvement of communication with postoperative patients and the regular group discussion are very important to improve the quality of nursing service.
