血液净化治疗药物或毒物中毒的临床观察

目的 探讨血液净化治疗在救治急性药物、毒物中毒中的作用及注意事项。方法 51例急性药物、毒物中毒患者分为两组。对照组23例，内科保守治疗组28例，在常规内科保守治疗的基础上联合血液净化治疗。结果 治疗组治愈时间比对照组明显缩短，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），治疗组显效率为53．6％，对照组为21．7％（P〈0．05）。结论 血液净化联合药物治疗疗效优于单纯药物治疗。

Clinical investigation of blood purification in treatment of acute toxicosis of druggery or poison

Objective To explain the effect of blood purification in the treatment of acute toxicosis of druggery or poison.Methods 51 cases with acute toxicosis of druggery or poison were divided into control and study groups.23 cases of the control group were treated with medication as usual while 28 cases of the study group were treated with blood purification therapy combined with medication.Results In the study group,the time of cure was markedly shortened compared with control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The significant efficiency rate in study group was 53.6% while 21.7% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood purification therapy combined with medication were effective than single medication in the treatment of acute toxicosis of druggery or poison.
