静脉性阳萎的造影诊断与分型

在8例尸体阴茎静脉解剖研究基础上,对70例阳萎患者作动态阴茎海绵体造影,发现静脉漏52例,均为罌粟碱试验阴性者。18例阳性者无静脉漏。依漏出部位及流向将静脉性阳萎分为五型。32例经手术证实了诊断。我们认为该分型方法比较客观地反映出造影征象与静脉漏解剖部位间的对应关系,有助于静脉性阳萎的诊断及手术途径的选择。并提出罌粟碱试验(一)应是选择阴茎海绵体造影的重要指征。

THE CAVERNOSOGRAPHY AND CLASSIFICATION OF VASCULOGENIC IMPOTENCE

On the basis of autopsy of 8 corpses, the dynamic cavernosographies were carried out in 70 patients with vasculogenic impotence.52 cases of venous leakage were found in papaverine test negative groups, and no leakage was found in 18 papaverine test positive cases. The venous impotence was classified into 5 groups according to the location and direction of leakages, the diagnosis was approved by operations in 32 cases. It suggested that such a classification could show exactly the relationship between roentgenologic image and venous leakage, and may be useful in diagnosis of venous impotence and selection for different surgical procedures. We think that the patient with papaverine test negative is an important indication for dynamic cavernosography.
