钩吻中毒的抢救及护理

目的　探讨钩吻中毒患者的急救措施及护理方法。方法　对 1 2例钩吻中毒患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果　抢救成功 9例 ,成功率 75 % ,死亡 3例 ,病死率 2 5 %。死因均为呼吸衰竭。结论　对钩吻中毒患者诊治过程中每一个环节都必须严密观察 ,尤其是加强对呼吸状态的监测 ,当呼吸节律改变时应立即气管插管机械通气维持呼吸 ,而不必过分强调先洗胃。

A Study on Nursing During Salvage of Patients with Gelsemium elegans Benth Poisoning

Objectives To study the nursing during salvage of patients with Gelsemium elegans Benth poisoning.Methods Medical records of 12 patients with Gelsemium elegans Benth poisoning were retrospectively analysed.Results Carefully observation will be performed during the treatment,especially the observation of breath condition.9 cases were cured and 3 cases were dead.the case fatality rate were 25%.All of the death cases died of respiratory failure.Conclusion As the breath frequency changing,the first step is the use of respirator in order to keep on breathing,while not gastric lavage.
