青光眼滤过泡的活体形态观察

滤过手术是目前临床上常用的抗青光眼手术方式之一,而术后滤过道的瘢痕化是导致滤过手术失败的重要原因.因此,临床医师对于滤过道状态的判断,尤其对那些术后早期眼压处于正常范围内的患者,观察并分析其滤过泡的形态和功能就显得更为重要.对于出现瘢痕化趋势的滤过道应进行早期干预,如应用抗代谢药物、按摩眼球等方法,均有利于维持滤过道的通畅,提高手术成功率.因此,临床医师应重视对青光眼术后患者活体滤过泡形态和功能的观察与评价.

Clinical observation on glaucoma filtering blebs in vivo

Filtering surgery is an effective and a most commonly used technique in managing glaucoma. However, the failure of surgery is often caused by the scar formation of the filtering pathway. It is important for clinicians to evaluate the morphology and the function of the filtering bleb, especially in the early period of post-operation when IOP is normal. The success of surgery relies upon the early intervention whenever the filtering bleb showing the tendency of scarring. This paper reviews recent development in the observation and the treatment of glaucoma filtering blebs.
