摘    要:目的:设计呼吸机吸气压力示值误差的检测方法。方法:首先分析呼吸机产品和临床救治中需要的吸气压力范围和最大允许误差,再以法制计量和计量学的要求来分析、确定呼吸机吸气压力检测仪器的测量范围和相应的最大允许误差。结果:通过测量实验和测量结果不确定度评定来分析、验证和确定呼吸机吸气压力示值误差的测量方法。结论:该测量方法符合计量学量值传递的要求,适合对呼吸机吸气压力设定值和监测值进行检测和质量控制的需要。

Abstract:Objective: To design and evaluation ventilator inspiratory pressure indication error measurement method. Methods: First analyze the inspiratory pressure range and maximum allowable error in clinical treatment and the ventilator-products features. Second determine measuring range and maximum allowable error of the ventilator inspiratory pressure measuring instrument according to metrology regulations and theory. Results: Then analyze, verify and identify measuring method of ventilator inspiratory pressure indication error by measuring experiment and measurement uncertainty evaluation. Conclusion: Finally make sure the measurement method has sufficient accuracy, is in line with the metrology quantity value transfer requirements and match the needs of ventilator inspiratory pressure indication error measurement and monitor in clinical treatment.
