高氧液治疗脑弥漫性轴索损伤的早期疗效观察

目的观察高氧液对脑弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)的早期疗效。方法 56例患者随机分为治疗组和常规治疗组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用高氧液治疗21d,每天常规静点高氧液1500ml,并于第1d、第7d﹑第14d及第21d用格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS),比较死亡率以及GCS评分变化,评判高氧液疗效。结果两组GCS在治疗第1d差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第7d、第15d、第21d差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规治疗组死亡率25.93%,治疗组死亡率3.45%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高氧液治疗脑弥漫性轴索损伤有良好的早期疗效。

Early efficacy of hyperoxia liquid on diffuse axonal injury

Objective To observe the early efficacy of high oxygen liquid on diffuse axonal injury （DAI）. Methods 56 cases were randomly divided into the treatment and conventional groups. The treatment group was administered hyperoxia liquid, 1500ml of which was intravenously infused per day for 21 days, except the conventional therapy of the control group. Glasgow Coma Score （GCS） was employed in 1 day,7 days, 14 days and 21 days to value the efficacy of two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in GCS between two groups in one day, but in 7 days, 15 days,21 clays the statistical results showed significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Mortality rate of conventional group and treatment group reached to 25. 03% and 3. 45% respectively and statistically significant difference in mortality rate between them existed （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hyperoxia liquid for the treatment of diffuse axonal injury shows a good early efficacy.
