帕罗西汀结合放松疗法治疗焦虑症疗效研究

目的探讨帕罗西汀结合放松疗法治疗焦虑症的疗效。方法将50例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的焦虑症随机分为两组：帕罗西汀治疗组（对照组）及帕罗西汀结合放松疗法治疗组（治疗组）,在第1、2、6周末进行汉米尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分。结果第1、6周治疗组HAMA评分降低明显,与对照组比较有显著差异（P=0.038,P=0.040）。）;6周末治疗组药物剂量与对照组比较有显著差异（P=0.036）。结论帕罗西汀结合放松疗法治疗焦虑症疗效优于单一药物治疗。

Curative effect research on Paroxetine combined with relaxation therapy for anxiety disorders

Objective Tostudy the therapeutic effect of Paroxetine combined with relaxation therapy for the treatment of anxiety disorder. Methods Randomly divided 50 cases of anxiety that met the diagnostic criteria for ccmd-3 into 2 groups ： Paroxetine treatment group （ control group） and Paroxetine combined with relaxation therapy group （treatment group）. Conduct score evaluation towards HAMA at the 1st, 2nd and 6th weekends. Results Score（P = 0. 038, P = 0. 040）reduced significantly at the 1 st and 6th weekends, compared with the control group; there were significant differences （P = 0. 036）between drug doses of the treatment group and those of the control group at the 6th weekend. Conclusions Paroxetine combined with relaxation therapy for the treatment of anxiety disorder is superior to one-drug treatment.
