| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康管理是否能提高美沙酮维持HIV/AIDS患者服药依从性。方法选取2009～2011年美沙酮维持HIV/AIDS的34例患者作为干预组,回顾性将2006～2008年的美沙酮维持HIV/AIDS的39例患者作为对照组,对干预组患者通过抗病毒治疗定点医院与美沙酮维持治疗门诊联合开展连续性的健康教育模式进行健康管理。结果两组美沙酮维持HIV/AIDS患者的服药依从性差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论对美沙酮维持HIV/AIDS患者进行抗病毒治疗定点医院与美沙酮维持治疗门诊联合进行健康教育,能有效提高了患者的服药依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss whether the health administration can improve the treatment compliance of the HIV/AIDS patients receiving Methadone Maintenance Treatment （MMT） or not. Methods Choose 34 cases of HIV/AIDS patients who receiving MMT during 2009 to 2011 to be the treatment group, and retrospective study 39 cases which receiving MMT during 2006 to 2008 and make it to be control group. The treatment group was treated with health administration by Antiviral Treatment Designated Hospital and Methadone Maintenace Clinic, which use the pattern of continuous health education. Results Two groups which receiving MMT have statistical significant difference in treatment compliance. Conclusion Using the pattern of continuous health education to the HIV/AIDS patients who receive MMT by Antiviral Treatment Designated Hospital and Methadone Maintenace Clinic can improve the treatment compliance effectively. |
