| 摘 要： | 目的总结行微创保胆取石术患者的护理模式及体会。方法 86例患者均在腔镜联合胆道镜下行保胆取石术并进行有效护理。结果 86例患者均顺利完成手术,痊愈出院。术后均无胆漏和出血,切口甲级愈合,平均住院时间5 d,无护理并发症发生。结论完善的术前、术中、术后护理是保证患者顺利完成治疗的前提,严密的术中观察及护理配合,是内镜保胆取石术成功的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the nursing mode and experience in 86 patients with biliary stone. Methods All patients underwent laparoscopie combined choledochoscopic extraction of biliary stone operation and effective nursing. Results All 86 cases of patients successfully completed surgery, healed up and left hospital. Postoperative bile leakage and bleeding was not seen, incision healing of grade A. The average hospitalization time is 5d. with no complication. Conclusion The perfect preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing is the precondition to guarantee the smooth completion of treatment, and the strict intraoperative observation and nursing cooperation is an important guarantee for success of all biliary stone operation. |
