产科临床护理带教中存在的问题及对策

摘    要:目的调查产科临床护理带教中存在的问题,探讨解决问题的对策。方法采用自制问卷调查表,调查产科护理人员、产科护理带教人员及产科护理实习生,总结调查结果,根据调查结果采取针对性的护理带教方法,比较传统带教和针对性带教的教学效果。结果不同人员对产科临床护理带教的必要性认识、带教方法选择、带教效果等方面的看法存在较大差异;针对护理带教中存在的问题,采取针对性的措施予以应对,较之于传统的带教方法,护生的实习成绩及满意度明显提高,差异具有显著性(P值均<0.05)。结论采取针对性的产科临床护理带教方法,有利于提高带教效果,培养高素质的临床护理人员。

Problems and of obstetric clinical nursing teaching

Abstract:Objective To investigate the obstetric clinical nursing belt of the problems existing in the teaching, this paper discusses countermeasures and effect. Methods The self-made questionnaire, survey maternity nursing personnel, obstetrics nursing assistant teaching staff and maternity nursing internship, summarize findings, according to the survey to take pertinent nursing teaching method, comparing with traditional teaching and pertinence teaching effect. Results Different personnel of obstetric clinical nursing teaching with the necessity of teaching method with understanding, confess selection, teaching effect with the aspects of view put in bigger difference, the difference was obvious, there was statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; According to nursing problems existing in the teaching, adopting the specific measures to deal with, compared with the traditional teaching method with nurses'practice achievement and satisfaction obviously improved, with significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Adopting the specific obstetric clinical nursing practice teaching methods, to improve the guidance and teaching effect, to cultivate high quality clinical nursing staff.
