| 摘 要： | 目的探讨从泽漆中提取黄酮类成分的最佳方法,并对其含量进行测定。方法对泽漆黄酮的超声辅助提取工艺进行单因素和正交实验的研究。结果最佳提取工艺参数如下:醇浓度为60%,料液比为1∶25,超声时间为1 h,并且测得黄酮的含量为13.71 mg.g-1。结论此法的提取率高,简单准确,可用于泽漆的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the best extraction method of flavonoids from helioscopia,and to determine its content.Methods The ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of helioscopia flavonoids was investigated by single factor and orthogonal design.Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:60% ethanol,liquid material ratio 1∶ 25 and ultrasonic 1 h.The content of flavonoid was 13.71 mg·g-1.Conclusion This method was simple,accurate with high extracting rate,and it can be used for the quality control of helioscopia. |
