社区高血压合并糖尿病防治的重要意义与干预对策

目的探讨社区高血压合并糖尿病防治的重要意义与干预对策。方法选择2010年10月至2012年10月期间来自3个社区的118例高血压合并糖尿病患者,给予社区卫生综合性干预,比较干预前后,患者对疾病相关知识的掌握情况、遵医嘱用药情况、血压与血糖的变化。结果在进行社区综合干预后,118例患者的知识掌握率、血压、血糖、遵医嘱用药情况均得到明显改善,P〈0.05。结论对于高血压合并糖尿病采取有效的社区综合干预对策可以做到防治结合,通过生活方式的改善,提升患者生活质量以及远期的生存率。

Significance and intervention measuresof prevention from community hypertension and diabetes

Objective To investigate the significance and intervention measures of prevention from community hypertension and diabetes. Methods From October 2010 to October 2012, selectedll8 cases of hypertension and diabetes from three communities, giving community health interventions, compared before and after the intervention, the mastery of the knowledge of the disease in patients, prescribed medication, changes in blood pressure and blood sugar. Results After performing community integrated intervention, 118 patients with the knowledge to master rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, prescribed medications were significantly improved （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions To take effective community intervention countermeasures for hypertension and diabetes, combining prevention with control, can be done to enhance the quality of life of patients as well as long- term survival rates through improved lifestyle.
