危重患儿动脉取血部位对照研究

目的:探讨危重患儿动脉取血的最佳部位。方法:将我科2004年8月至2005年3月收治的150例进行血气分析的患儿随机分为桡动脉穿刺组和股动脉穿刺组,比较两组动脉穿刺的一次成功率及副作用发生率。结果:桡动脉穿刺组一次成功率比股动脉穿刺组高(P<0.01),穿刺后血肿形成率、误穿静脉发生率桡动脉穿刺组较股动脉穿刺组低(P<0.01)。结论:桡动脉穿刺取血方法优于股动脉穿刺取血,应作为儿科动脉取血部位首选。

Inrvestigation of Best Position for Blood Collection from Badly Illed Children

Objective:To explore the best position for blood collection from artery in critically ill neonates and children.Methods:From August.2004 to March.2005,150 patients which were received blood gas analysis,randomly devided into two groups(radial artery and femoral artery) and compared their role and side effect.Results:The radial arteropuncture was more successful tan the femoral arteropuncture,the incidence rate of hematoma after punctures and puncture-mistake was lower than the femoral arteropuncture.At the same time,the cryingtime of the ill neonates and children was obviously decrease.Conclusion:The radial arteropurcture is more advantage than the femoral arteropuncture.So it can be used in the blood collection of the critically neolates and children and considered as the first choice.
