深圳市淡水鱼市场卫生状况调查

目的了解深圳市售淡水鱼的卫生状况。方法采集全市各区的超级市场、农贸市场、餐饮单位的淡水鱼样品,并按国家相关标准1,2]进行检测评价。结果 162份样品中污染状况的合格率为96.91%;农贸市场检出3份不合格样品,餐饮单位检出2份不合格样品,超级市场采集未检出不样品合格,差异无显著性;华支睾吸虫囊幼检出率为10.34%。结论深圳市淡水鱼市场卫生状况较好,但仍需重视华支睾吸虫的防治工作。

Hygienic survey of freshwater fish market in Shenzhen,City

Aim To undersand hygienic conditions of freshwater fish market in Shenzhen City. Methods There 162 samples were randomly collected from restaurants,supermarkets,agricultural and commercial markets in Shenzhen and the hygienic conditions of the samples were examined. Results The total qualification rate was 96.91%. and 3 samples collected from agricultural and commercial markets ,restaurants and supermarkets did not meet the qualification,without showing significant differences. The positive rate of encysted metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis was 10.34%. Conclusion The hygienic conditions of freshwater fish market in Shenzhen is good, but attention be paid to the control of clonorchiasis .
