| 摘 要： | 以发热案、肝脾不和案及肠胃不和案为例,介绍上海市名中医吴银根教授临证应用和解法的经验。吴老师认为但凡证既不在表又不在里,既非虚证又非实证,既非寒证又非热证,既不属气分又不属血分证;介于表里之间,虚实之间,寒热之间,气血之间者,均可使用和解法治疗。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing Wu Yingen's experience in clinical application of harmonizing therapy, it was pointed out that this method is usually applied for syndromes neither exterior nor interior, unlike excess nor deficiency, cold nor heat, with qi or blood neither involved. When the disorder located in semi-exterior and semi-interior phase, between excess and deficient, cold and heat, or between qi and blood estate, the therapy could be used suitably. |
