摘    要:目的了解佩戴时间对一次性医用防护口罩防护功能的影响。方法将采集的标本用琼脂培养法作细菌培养对结果进行分析。结果(1)随着佩戴时间的延长,口罩内、外层的细菌总数均增多,且口罩内层细菌数越多,外层的细菌数也相应增加;(2)随着佩戴时间的延长,滤菌率逐渐降低。两种口罩在2 h内,滤菌率均在95%以上,符合国家对一次性口罩滤菌率的要求。结论一次性医用防护口罩的最佳使用时间是2 h。

Abstract:Objective To study the affection of wearing time on the protection function of the disposable masks.Methods Bacterial culture was made with agaragar to the collected samples and the results were analyzed.Results The total number of bacteria on the outer and inner layer of masks increased with the extension of wearing time,and the bacteria number on the outer layer of the masks increased with the increase of the bacteria number on the inner layer;with the prolonged wearing time,the rate of bacteria filtration decreased gradually;the rates of bacteria filtration of the two kinds of masks in 2 hours were both over 95%,which reached the national standard for the bacteria filtration rate of the disposable masks.Conclusion The length of wearing time of disposable masks is better to be with 2 hours.
