162例断指再植术后的护理

目的总结162例断指再植术后的护理方法提高断指再植术的效果。方法回顾总结我院近5年内162例198指断指再植术患者的护理,包括:一般护理、专科护理、疼痛护理、康复护理及功能锻炼。结果在162例198个再植手指中,成活191指,成活率96.46%。术后24指发生血管危象,经积极护理,及时治疗,挽救了17指,7指因血管危象严重,仍未能挽救。结论完成断指再植术,只是取得再植成功的一个环节,术后严密的观察、合理的治疗、耐心细致的护理以及正确的功能锻炼,可使再植指获得更多成活的机会。

Postoperative Nursing of 162 Cases with Replantation of Severed Finger // HUANG Miaoxian

Objective To summarize postoperative nursing methods in 162 cases with replantation of severed finger, in order to improve the effect of replantation of severed finger. Methods The postoperative nursing of 198 fingers in 162 cases hospitalized in recent 5 years in our hospital were reviewed and summarized, including general nursing, specialist nursing, pain nursing, rehabilitation nursing and functional exercise. Results 191 fingers survived in 162 patients’ 198 replanted fingers, with the survival rate of 96.46%. After operation, 24 replanted fingers had vascular crisis, in which 17 replanted fingers were saved with the positive nursing and timely treatment, and vascular crisis were too serious to be saved in 7 replanted fingers. Conclusions Completion of the finger replantation is just a process to obtain successful replantation. Through postoperative close observation, reasonable treatment, meticulous nursing and proper functional exercise, the replanted fingers will get more opportunities to the survival.
