芪苈强心胶囊辅治射血分数正常心力衰竭的临床研究

目的观察芪苈强心胶囊辅治射血分数正常心力衰竭(HFNEF)的疗效。方法 82例HFNEF患者随机分2组,对照组40例为常规抗心力衰竭药物对照组,试验组42例为联合应用芪苈强心胶囊治疗组。疗程均为8周,观察治疗前后6 min步行试验、左心房心径(LA)、二尖瓣舒张早期血流与二尖瓣环运动速度(E/E')、二尖瓣舒张早期血流与二尖瓣舒张晚期血流(E/A)、血浆N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后6min步行试验,E/E'、E/A均明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),血浆NT-proBNP水平明显下降(P<0.05),LA有减小趋势但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组6 min步行试验,E/E'、E/A改善和NT-proBNP水平下降均优于对照组(P<0.05),LA差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊辅治射血分数正常心力衰竭患者的心功能改善临床疗效较好。

Clinical study of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the adjuvant treatment of chronic heart failure with normal left ventricular ejection fraction

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the adjuvant treatment of chronicheart failure with normal left ventricular ejection fraction(HFNEF).Methods Eithgty-two patients with HFNEF were randomly divided into 2 groups;control group(40 patients)were treated with conventional anti-failure therapy;experimental group(42 patients)were treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule on the basis of conventional therapy.The course of therapy lasted for 8 weeks.6 min walking testing,the plasma N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),ultrasonic cardiogram measure left atrial size(LA),the ratio between early ventricular filling velocity and mitral annulus velocity(E/E’),the ratio between early and late atrial ventricular filling velocity(E/A)were observed and compared pre and post treatment.Results After 8 weeks treatment,6 min walking distance,the plasma NT-proBNP level,E/E’,E/A were sigmficanty improved compared with pre treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),while the LA wre not promoted significantly(P>0.05).Besides,the indexes listed above were improved obviously in the experimental group than those of in the control group(P<0.05),no significant difference in the index of the LA(P>0.05).Conclusion It demonstrated that the Qiliqiangxin capsule could effective for the chronic heart failure patients with normal left ventricular ejection fraction.
