摘    要:目的:研制一种基于多种物理方法的经皮药物导入系统。方法:采用STC12C5S60S2单片机为控制核心,实现电致孔导入、离子导入和超声波导入各功能模块,通过3种物理方法之间的协同作用,促使离子、大分子药物透过皮肤屏障,定向、定量、定速地进入病变组织和器官,达到局部和全身治疗的目的。结果:通过各功能模块的软硬件设计,实现了致孔强度、电导强度、超导强度、输出频率、治疗时间等各治疗参数可调的经皮药物导入系统。结论:该系统操作简便,通过各治疗参数的调节,可用于多种药物的经皮导入,为临床施药提供一种有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective To design a transdermal drug delivery system based on a variety of physical methods.Methods The MCU STC12C5S60S2 was used as the control core to implement functional modules of electroporation,iontophoresis,and sonophoresis.The ions,macromolecular drugs were penetrated the skin barrier with synergies in three physical methods and transported to the diseased tissue and organs in specified direction,quantity and speed,to achieve local tissue and systemic treatment.Results Through software and hardware design of each functional module,the transdermal drug delivery system with variable electroporation intensity,iontophoresis intensity,ultrasonic intensity and treatment time was completed. Conclusion The system is easy to operate,by adjusting the treatment parameters,it can be used for a variety of drugs, providing an effective method for clinical administration.
