急诊护士遭受工作场所暴力后应激障碍情况的调查分析

目的探讨急诊护士遭受工作场所暴力后应激障碍的发生情况。方法采用自行设计的一般资料调查问卷、工作场所暴力情况问卷及创伤后应激障碍测量量表平民版(PCL-C)对广州市5所三级甲等综合性医院急诊科护士进行问卷调查;运用SPSS17.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果急诊护士遭受工作场所暴力后存在应激障碍的情况,过去1年内曾经遭受暴力的急诊护士(暴力组)的PCL-C得分明显高于过去1年内未遭受暴力的急诊护士(非暴力组),差异具显著统计学意义;在过去1年内曾经遭受暴力的急诊护士中,21.8%出现了一定程度的创伤后应激障碍症状,12.1%出现了明显的创伤后应激障碍症状。结论遭受工作场所暴力的急诊护士的心理健康状况较未遭受暴力的急诊护士差,存在创伤后应激障碍。

Analysis on Post-traumatic Stress Disorder of Emergency Department Nurses after Suffering from Workplace Violence

Objective To discus the post-traumatic stress disorder of nurses in the emergency department after suffering from workplace violence. Methods 143 emergency department nurses from 5 hospitals in Guangzhou were investigated by questionnaire. General information questionnaire, workplace violence questionnaire and PCL-C were used in this study. The data were analyzed with software SPSS 17.0. Results The scores of PCL-C of emergency department nurses who had suffered from workplace violence was obviously higher than the emergency department nurses who hadn’t (P<0.01). 21.8% of the emergency department nurses who suffered from workplace violence in the past one year had certain degree signs of PTSD, 12.1% had obvious signs of PTSD. Conclusions The mental health status of emergency department nurses who have suffered from workplace violence is worse than the emergency department nurses who haven’t.
