0.2％高锰酸钾溶液应用于包皮环切术后切口护理疗效观察

目的观察0.2%高锰酸钾溶液浸泡包皮环切术后切口的效果。方法 176例包皮环切术后切口护理病人随机分成传统换药组(对照组)和0.2%高锰酸钾溶液浸泡组(观察组),观察手术切口的愈合情况。结果观察组患者术后切口疼痛、水肿情况优于对照组,切口愈合时间短于对照组,甲级愈合率高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 0.2%高锰酸钾溶液浸泡包皮环切术后切口能有效促进切口的愈合,减轻病人医疗费用,减轻临床护理工作量。

Observation on Nursing Effect of 0.2% Potassium Permanganate Solution Used in Postoperative Circumcision Incision

Objective To observe the postoperative circumcision incision effect of 0.2% potassium permanganate solution soaking. Methods 176 patients with postoperative circumcision incision care were randomly divided into traditional change medicine group (control group) and 0.2% potassium permanganate solution soaking group (observation group); the healing situation of incision was observed. Results The patients in observation group had better situation of postoperative incision pain, swelling, shorter incision healing time and higher firstgrade healing rate compared with those in control group. Conclusions 0.2% potassium permanganate solution used in postoperative circumcision incision can effectively promote the healing of incision, decrease patients’ medical costs and reduce the clinical nursing work.
