腹腔镜下脾切除术的护理

目的探讨腹腔镜下脾切除术前术后护理方法及体会。方法对我院2007至2011年73例腹腔镜下脾切除术患者术前做好充分的准备、心理护理,术后做好饮食、体位、引流管等的护理及并发症的观察和处理。结果 73例患者中1例手术中转开腹手术,住院12天,1例术后血小板不升转内科治疗,5例出现肩背部酸痛,其余病例均未出现并发症,术后5～7天出院。结论腹腔镜脾切除术安全可行,且疗效显著;术前做好充分的准备,术后做好并发症的观察和护理,对患者术后康复具有重要的影响。

Nursing of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Splenectomy

Objective To study the preoperative and postoperative nursing of patients who underwent laparoscopic splenectomy (LS). Methods 73 patiets were performed with aparoscopic splenectomy in our department from 2007 to 2011. Preoperative nursing included the preoperative preparation and psychological care, while postoperative nursing involved diet instruction, drainage tubes management, and observation and treatment of postoperative complications. Results One patient was converted to open surgery among the 73 patients and the hospital stay of this patient was 12 days compared to that of other patients with 5 to 7 days. One of the patients underwent medical treatment due to thrombocytopenia. Five patients had complications of shoulder and back pain. Conclusions Laparoscopic splenectomy is a safe and efficient procedure to cure the spleen disease. Fully preoperative preparation, preoperative and postoperative observation and nursing of complications have an important impact on the rehabilitation of patients.
