急性脑梗死患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白水平及相关因素分析

摘    要:目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及其与相关因素的关系。方法 对ACI住院患者62例行颈动脉超声检查,根据结果分为斑块组(n=39)和无斑块组(n=23),在发病72h之内测定血清hs-CRP水平及其他生化指标,与健康对照组(n=20)进行对比。结果斑块组血清hs-CRP水平明显高于无斑块组和健康对照组(P<0.05),无斑块组与健康对照组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。hs-CRP分别与TC(r=0.321,P=0.011)、LDL-C(r=0.341,P=0.007)、HbA_(1c)(r=0.264,P=0.038)、Fib(r=0.282,P=0.026)、UA(r=0.284,P=0.025)均呈正相关。结论 ACI合并颈动脉粥样斑块的患者血清hs-CRP水平明显升高,血清hs-CRP水平与颈动脉斑块的发生有一定相关性。

Levels of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein and its correlation factors in acute cerebral infarction patients

Abstract:Objective To investigate the levels of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in acute cerebral infarction patients(ACI) and the relationship between the hs-CRP levels and its correlation factors.Methods 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction were received carotid ultrasonographic examination,and then were classified into plaque group(n = 39) and non-plaque group(n =23).The serum hs-CRP levels and some other biochemical indexes were measured in 72 hrs after the onset.20 healthy people without carotid plaque were enrolled as control group.Results The level of serum hs-CRP in plaque group was higher than that of non- plaque group and control group(P <0.05),but no significant differences between non- plaque group and control group(P >0.05).The level of serum hs-CRP was positively correlated with TC(r= 0.321,P =0.011),LDL-C(r =0.341,P =0.007),HbA1c(r =0.264,P =0.038),Fib(r =0.282,P =0.026),UA (r =0.284,P =0.025 ).Conclusion The level of serum hs-CRP is obviously increased in acute cerebral infarction patients with carotid plaques.There existed certain relation between the serum hs-CRP and the development of carotid plaques.
