武警医疗救援方舱信息化系统集成的研究

目的:研究武警医疗救援方舱医院的信息系统的集成,应急救援时发挥信息化的优势,最大程度地发挥医疗救援装备的作用。方法:结合医院信息管理系统(HIS)、检验系统(LIS)、影像系统(PACS)以及远程医学信息网等各子业务系统的建设情况进行分析,对如何进行各子系统间的数据无缝集成,充分共享各种设备资源和信息资源,发挥"数字化医院"在应急救灾工作中的优势进行研究。结果:用标准化中间库的方法实现方舱医院各信息系统间的集成,能够更好地为灾害救援医院的医疗和管理服务。结论:系统集成对发挥方舱医院作用、提高部队战斗力、更好地开展救援,具有重要军事意义。

Research of Armed Police Medical Rescue Shelter Information System Integration

Objective To study the integration of hospital information system of the Armed Police medical rescue shelter hospital in order to exert the advantages of information technology during the emergency rescues particularly,and to maximize the effect of medical rescue equipment.Methods Combined with the analysis of the construction situation of subbusiness systems including hospital information management system（HIS）,laboratory information management system（LIS）, picture archiving and communication systems（PACS） and telemedicine information network,how the data between the various subsystems could be seamlessly integrated was analyzed in order to fully share all kinds of equipment and information resources and play the advantages of the ＂digital hospital＂ in emergency relief work.Results The integration between the shelter hospital information systems realized by the standardized intermediate library methods could serve the medicine and management of the disaster relief hospital better.Conclusion System integration has an important military significance in playing the role of shelter hospital,enhancing the combat effectiveness of the troops,and carrying out the rescue better.
