加巴喷丁联合依帕司他片治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变疗效观察

目的观察加巴喷丁联合依帕司他片治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变的疗效。方法 随机将88例痛性糖尿病神经病变患者分为3组,A组和B组分别给予加巴喷丁胶囊和依帕司他治疗,C组给予加巴喷丁联合依帕司他片治疗,其他治疗相同,疗程均为4周,比较3组疼痛缓解情况并测定治疗前后VAS值,进行疗效分析。结果 A、B、C组治疗后疼痛均有一定程度的缓解,总有效率分别为71.4%(20/28)、46.7%(14/30)、86.7%(26/30),C组>A组>B组,3组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3组VAS评分均显著下降,且C组

Therapeutic effect of gabapentin and epalrestat on diabetes mellitus with painful neuropathy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of gabapentin and epalrestat for treating of diabetic painful neuropathy.Methods 88 cases of diabetes with painful neuropathy were randomly divided into three groups,28 cases in group A,30 cases in Group B,30 cases in Group C.Patients in group A were treated with gabapentin,patients in group B were treated with epalrestat,while patients in group C were treated with gabapentin and epalrestat.The treatment course was four weeks.Visual analogue scale(VAS) method was used to evaluate pain,and release of pain were observed in the three groups before and after treatment,meanwhile the adverse reactions were also observed.Results Alter treatment,pain of the three groups were released in different degree,the total effective rate of groups A,B and C were 71.4%(20/28),46.7% (14/30),and 86.7%(26/30) respectively,group C > group A > group B,there were significant difference among the three group(P <0.05).After treatment,the value of the VAS in the three group has a apparently descent,the group C < group A < group B,there were significant difference among the three groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion The method of using gabpentin and epalrestat to treat diabetic painful neuropathy is effective in clinical observation.
