肌肉注射鹿瓜多肽注射液所致不良反应原因分析及护理

目的观察并分析肌肉注射鹿瓜多肽注射液患者所产生不良反应及原因。方法观察我科半年内所有肌肉注射此药物的患者,随机分为餐后组(1029人次)和空腹组(515人次),分析比较两组患者肌肉注射鹿瓜多肽后产生不良反应的比例。结果不论餐后或空腹,大多数患者都有局部不良反应发生,且空腹组患者的不良反应发生率明显高于餐后组;空腹注射此药物的患者有78%以上出现全身性不良反应。结论空腹肌肉注射鹿瓜多肽后的不良反应明显,建议餐后注射,以保证临床用药的安全;出现不良反应时,应及时、有效地进行对症处理。

Cause Analysis on the Adverse Effect of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide by Intramuscular Injection and Nursing

Objective To observe and analyze the adverse effect and its causes of cervus and cucumis polypeptide by intramuscular injection. Methods Patients with cervus and cucumis polypeptide by intramuscular injection in our department within half a year were analyzed and randomly divided into postcibal group (1 029 person times) and fasting group (515 person times); the proportion of adverse reactions after intramuscular cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection in two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results Most patients had local adverse reactions in both groups, and the fasting group had a higher incidence than postcibal group; 78% of the patients in the fasting group had systemicadverse reactions. Conclusions Fasting intramuscular cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection has obvious adverse reactions, therefore postprandial intramuscular cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection is advised to ensure the safety of the clinical medication; timely and effective symptomatic treatment should be taken when adverse reactions appear.
