丁咯地尔联合血栓通治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效观察

目的探讨丁咯地尔与血栓通治疗椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的疗效和安全性。方法将椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为两组,治疗组129例,对照组118例;治疗组用丁咯地尔与血栓通静脉滴注,对照组用血栓通注射液静脉滴注;观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、血流变学和颅超声多普勒(TCD)指标。结果在改善患者的症状、血流变学和TCD指标上,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组;疗组总有效率97.7%,对照组总有效率78.8%,两组在疗效上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁咯地尔与血栓通联合用药治疗椎基底动脉供血不足起效快、作用强、效果好、安全性可靠。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Buflomedil Injection Combined with Xueshuantong Injection in the Treatment of Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and safety of buflomedil injection and xueshuantong injection on the patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI). Methods The VBI patients were divided into treatment group (129 cases) and control group (118 cases). The patients in the treatment group were treated with buflomedil injection and xueshuantong injection, while patients in the control group were treated with xueshuantong injection for venous dripping. The clinical effects, blood rheology and transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCD) before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results The therapeutic outcomes in the treatment group were obviously superior to the control group in improving the patients’ symptoms, blood rheology and TCD; the difference of the curative effect had statistical significances with the total effective rate of 97.7% in the treatment group and 78.8% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Buflomedil injection in combination with xueshuantong injection has the advantages of fast effect, strong function, excellent efficacy and guaranteed safety in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
