硝苯地平亲水凝胶骨架缓释片的体内外相关性研究

摘    要:目的对硝苯地平亲水凝胶骨架片的体内外相关性进行研究。方法采用自制硝苯地平亲水凝胶骨架片,分别考察其体外释放度和大鼠体内药物释放行为,采用反卷积分法考察其体内外相关性。结果硝苯地平亲水凝胶骨架片的体外释药符合Higuchi动力学方程,体内外相关性方程为:Y=105.25R+20.894(r=0.9057),体内外相关性较好。结论自制亲水凝胶骨架缓释片具有较好的体内外相关性。

Abstract:Objective To research the correlation of hydrophilic gel matrices sustained-release tablets of nifedipine between in vivo and in vitro. Methods The self-made hydrophilic gel matrices sustained-release tablets of nifedipine were used to investigate its release in vitro and the release process of rat in vivo. The in vivo-in vitro correlation was evaluated according to deconvolution technique. Results The release of hydrophilic gel matrices sustained-release tablets of nifedipine in vitro conformed to Higuchi equation; the correlation equation between in vivo and in vitro was: Y = 105.25R + 20.894 (r = 0.9057), which showed good correlation. Conclusions The self-made hydrophilic gel matrices sustained-release tablets of nifedipine have good correlation between in vivo and in vitro.
