丁胺卡那霉素保留灌肠治疗婴幼儿急性腹泻疗效评价

目的探讨丁胺卡那霉素保留灌肠治疗婴幼儿急性腹泻的疗效，为今后直肠用药提供理论依据。方法将122例大便呈粘液脓血的急性腹泻患儿随机分为两组。对照组52例，静点抗生素，口服粘膜保护剂思密达，调节肠道微生态，补液纠正水电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱。治疗组70例，在上述治疗基础上，加用丁胺卡那霉素保留灌肠。结果治疗组总有效率97．1％，对照组总有效率73．3％，经统计学处理，有显著性差异（P〈0．001）。结论加用丁胺卡那霉素保留灌肠治疗大便呈粘液脓血的婴幼儿急性腹泻疗效确切，值得临床推广。

Appraisement of therapeutic effects of amikacin retention-enema in the treatment of infant acute diarrhea

Objective To evaluate therapeutic effects of amikacin retention-enema in the treatment of infant acute diarrhea and provide evidence for rectum medication afterwards. Methods 122 infants suffering from acute diarrhea with mucous bloody stool were divided into control and experimental groups randomly. 52 cases of control group were treated by intravenous infusion of antibiotics, taking mucous barrier protector orally, modulating gastrointestinal micro-ecosystem and correcting water-electrolyte disturbance and acid-base imbalance, while 70 cases of experimental group were treated by amikacin retention-enema on the basis of the above treatment. Results The total efficiency ratio was 97.1% in experimental group, 73.3% in control, and there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.001). Conclusion Amikacin retention-enema is effective to infant acute diarrhea with mucous bloody stool and worthy of clinical expanding.
