退休职工514例高血压高血糖高脂血症患病率调查

目的　探讨性别、年龄与高血压、高血糖、高脂血症发病的关系。方法　对5 14河南师范大学退休职工体格检查结果登录,对数据进行显著性检验。结果　性别对高血压、高血糖患病率的影响是显著的(P<0 .0 5 ) ,对高脂血症患病率的差异不显著(P>0 .0 5 ) ;随着年龄的增长3种病症发病人数逐渐增多,而76岁以上组有所下降。结论　老年女性易罹患高血压、高血糖,老人在不同的年龄段应定期检查。

Investigation retired staff on the incidence of hypertension,hyperglycosemia and hyperlipidemia

Objective To discuss the correlation between the sexual and age variation and incidence of hypertension,hyperglycosemia and hyperlipidemia.Methods The data from results of physical examination of all retired staff in our school was analysis retrospectively.Results The influence of sexual distinction on the incidence of hypertension and high blood sugar was significant,but not different in the incidence of hyperlipidemia;the incidence of the three diseases increases with age,but the incidence of the three diseases in retired staff beyond the age of 76 years old was somewhat decreased.Conclusion The gariatric females are more liable to hypertension and hyperglycosemia;old people of different ages should be checked regularly.
