卵巢肿瘤干细胞耐药机制研究进展

摘    要:卵巢癌治疗中的主要问题是高复发率和产生耐药性。肿瘤干细胞具有无限增殖的能力,对药物的耐受性增加,提示肿瘤干细胞与化疗耐药的关系密切。从耐药卵巢癌细胞中可分选出具有特定表面标志的肿瘤干细胞,其为肿瘤形成提供可自我更新并在传代中保持肿瘤特性不变,是卵巢癌耐药性产生和复发的根本原因。利用卵巢癌干细胞表面标志分子的特异性,使化疗药物选择性地与卵巢癌干细胞结合,彻底消除肿瘤复发和耐药根源,可为卵巢癌患者提供更有效的化疗方案。
