睾丸自体移植的动物实验及临床应用

<正> 隐睾症是一种常见的先天性疾病,在隐睾病人中,腹腔睾丸的发生率为5～14％,双侧同时发生率为10～15％。隐睾发生肿瘤的机会为正常睾丸的20～48倍,以腹腔内睾丸发生率最高。为了减少高位隐睾并发肿瘤、外伤和扭转的发生,有必要研究一种有效的治疗办法。为此,我科于1980年11月进行睾丸自体移植动物实验,在此基础上,应用于临床2例3个睾丸自体移植,均获得成功。现将动物实验及临床应用报告如下:

ANIMAL EXPERIMENT AND CLINCAL APPLICATION OF TESTICULAR AUTOTRANSPLATATION

This paper reports an animal experiment and clinical application of testicular autotransplatation using microvascular anastomisis. The results were as follows. 1. animal experiment. Testicular autotransplatation was performed in7 testicles of 5 dogs. All the testicles survived, which was proved by gross observation and histological examination after operation. 2. Clinical application: Testicular autotransplatation was performed on three testicles of 2 patients. All the testicles survived after operation. Except that one testicle was atropied of acute testitis the rest survived. The aim and technique of operation were briefly discussed. Animal experiment and clinical application showed that testicular autotransplatation is a satisfactory method to treat the intra-abdominal testicles.
