| Abstract: | Restenosis after percutaneous revascularization techniques is a challenging issue in patients with severe peripheral arterial disease. We report two cases where multiple revascularization techniques had been used previously, but restenosis occurred. We used an irrigation balloon to deliver paclitaxel locally into the tissues to obtain better results. © 2008 Wiley‐Liss, Inc. |
