摘    要:目的:观察针刺放血为主与常规西药治疗带状疱疹的疗效差异。方法:将240例患者随机分为2组。观察组120例于疱疹最疼痛点采用针刺放血,并辅以拔罐、围刺等方法;对照组采用阿昔洛韦膏患处外用,常规口服阿昔洛韦片。观察并对比2组疗效。结果:观察组有效率92.5%,对照组为55.8%,2组疗效对比差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),且观察组的止痛、止疱、结痂时间均明显短于对照组。结论:针刺放血为主是治疗带状疱疹的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of pricking blood therapy combined with acupuncture and routine western medicine on herpes zoster.Methods Two hundred and forty cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,120 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy on the point with the most pain,and cupping and surround needling;the control group with external application and oral administration of Aciclovir plaster and Aciclovir tablets,respectively.Their therapeutic effects were compared.Results The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 55.8% in the control group with a very significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The time of producing killing pain,stopping vesication and scabbing in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group.Conclusion The pricking blood therapy combined with acupuncture is an effective therapy for herpes zoster.
