外生型胃肠道间质瘤影像学表现及误诊分析

目的：探讨外生型胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）的影像学特征及误诊原因。方法收集2010-2013年，我院收治的外生型GIST患者11例，回顾分析其影像学表现。结果本组11例患者中，9例经CT准确定位，包括2例胃部，7例小肠，另2例误诊；7例定性诊断准确；5例接受消化道钡餐造影，均准确定位，3例定性诊断准确。结论肿物与胃肠道间的关系判断错误是导致外生型GIST误诊的主要原因，外生型GIST具有特征CT表现，但难以显示窦道以及肠间肿物，结合消化道钡餐造影可清晰显示窦道，可提高诊断准确率。

Exogenous gastrointestinal stromal tumor imaging manifestation and misdiagnosis of analysis

Objective To investigate the pedunculated gastrointestinal stromal tumor （GIST） characteristics and misdiagnosis reasons of imaging. Methods Eleven cases of exogenous GIST patients in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2013 were collected and analyed of the imaging findings. Results The group of 11 patients, 9 cas-es the accurate localization of the CT, including 2 cases of stomach, small intestine in 7 cases, the other 2 cases were misdiagnosed. Seven cases had qualitative accuracy diagnosis. Five patients with gastrointestinal barium meal, had ac-curate position diagnosis. Three cases had qualitative accurate diagnosis. Conclusion The main causes of misdiagno-sis is the relationship between mass and gastrointestinal error of judgment, exogenous GIST with the feature CT per-formance, but it is difficult to display the sinus and enteric tumor, combined with gastrointestinal barium meal can clearly display the sinus, can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
