柱状植骨结合微型钛板内固定治疗严重粉碎性掌骨骨折

目的：探讨柱状植骨结合微型钛板治疗严重粉碎性掌骨骨折的可行性及临床疗效。方法对7例严重粉碎性掌骨骨折行柱状植骨结合微型钛板内固定治疗。结果所有病例随访18个月，骨折均获愈合，达到解剖复位，植骨块塑形良好。结论柱状植骨结合微型钛板内固定治疗严重粉碎性掌骨骨折临床疗效满意，骨折可获得良好复位及内固定，促进骨折早期愈合，利于手部功能恢复，值得临床推广。

The column shaped bone graft with mini-titaniun plate internal fixation to treat severe comminuted fracture of metacarpal bone

Objective To investigate the practicability and curative effect of column shaped bone graft and mini-titanium plate internal fixation in treatment of severe comminuted fracture of metacarpal bone. Methods 7 cases of severe comminuted metacarpal bone fracture were treated with column shaped bone graft and mini-titanium plate fixation. Results All cases were followed up for 18 months, all fractures healed, anatomical reduction and good fracture shaping were accepted. Conclusion The column shaped bone graft with mini-titanium plate internal fixation has on severe comminuted fracture of metacarpal bone satisfactory clinical effect, it can obtain good reduction, fracture fixation, promote the early healing of fracture, is beneficial to the recovery of hand function, is worth popularization.
