复合前列腺特异性抗原在前列腺癌诊断中的应用

目的探讨复合前列腺特异性抗原（cPSA）及cPSA/tPSA比值在前列腺癌（PCa）诊断中的应用价值。方法分析PCa患者22例、前列腺增生（BPH）患者48例及前列腺正常对照组50例患者的tPSA、cPSA及cPSA/tPSA比值,并进行统计学分析。结果 PCa组的tPSA和cPSA浓度明显高于BPH组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；cPSA/tPSA比值在对照组与PCa组及BPH组与PCa组之间的差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 cPSA与tPSA均可筛选及早期发现PCa,结合cPSA/tPSA比值可以更有效地提高对PCa诊断的准确率。

Application of Compound Prostate Specific Antigen in the Diagnosis of Prostate Cancer

Objective To investigate the compound prostate specific antigen（cPSA）and the ratio of cPSA/tPSA in diagnosis of prostate cancer（PCa）.Methods 22cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH,PCa）,48cases of prostate cancer patients and normal control group of 50patients were selected,tPSA,cPSA and the ratio of cPSA/tPSA were statistically analyzed.Results In group PCa,tPSA and cPSA concentrations were higher than those in BPH group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the ratio of cPSA/tPSA in the differences between the control group and PCa group and BPH group and PCa group was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion cPSA and tPSA can be selected and the early detection of PCa,combined with cPSA/tPSA ratio can effectively improve the accuracy of PCa diagnosis.
