池州市1409例消化科门诊患者幽门螺杆菌感染状况

目的探讨池州市人群幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染情况。方法采用14 C尿素呼气试验（14 C-UBT）对1 409例门诊患者进行Hp感染检测及统计学分析。结果门诊患者Hp的总体感染率为57.4%；其中男性感染率59.2%,女性感染率55.0%,但差异无统计学意义；不同年龄组比较,40～49岁组感染率相对较高,达62.5%,但组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论池州市人群Hp感染率与全国人群平均感染率基本一致；使用14 C-UBT检测Hp感染无创、准确。

The Detection of Helicobacter Pylori in 1 409 Outpatients of Gastroenterology in Chizhou City

Objective To explore infection status of Helicobacter pylori（Hp）in Chizhou populations.Methods14 C-UBT was given to 1 409outpatients of gastroenterology in the Second People′s Hospital of Chizhou,and the results were analyzed with statistics.Results The Hp infection rate in the population was 57.4%,with a infection rate of 59.2%in males and 55.0%in females.No statistically significant difference was noted.the Hp infection rate（62.5%）was found in the patients between the age of 40～49,with no significant.Conclusion The Hp infection rate in Chizhou populations is similar to the average of the national residents,and 14 C-UBT in examination of H.pylori infection is noninvasive and accurate.
