| 摘 要： | 目的 评价改良Majer-Piquet手术方法。方法 回顾分析了本科1995年7月至2002年12月施行了改良Majer-Piquet手术17例。其中，TlNoMo 8例，T2NoMo 4例．T2NlMo 4例．T2NoMo l例。手术特点是用甲状软骨膜修复喉形成新声门并保留外侧1／3甲状软骨板。结果 所有病人均很好获得喉三大功能．经口呼吸并发音良好,术后拔除气管导管。3年生存率为100％(16／16)。结论 改良Majer-Piquet手术方法能满意地重建喉功能．

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce operative method and reconstruct larygeal function.Methods A retrospective review was made on 17 patients treated by Modified Majer-Piquet operation from 1995 to 2002.Of whom 8 were T 1N OM O,4 were T 2N OM O,4 were T 2N 1M O,1 was T 3N OM O.The characteristic of this operation was to preverse the membrance of thyroid cartilage and one third lateral thyroid cartilage.Results All patients can obtain satisfactory function of respiration,swallowing phonation postoperatively,three-year survival rate was 100%(16/16).Conclusion Modified Majer-Piquet operation was appropriate for reconstrction of Laryngeal function. |
