膨化聚四氟乙烯平片在无张力腹股沟疝修补术的临床应用

目的 探讨平片在腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术中的应用。方法 对我科2003年10-2006年10月收冶的125例腹股沟疝患者采用平片无张力腹股沟疝修补术的疗效进行回顾性分析。结果 所有患者均治愈出院，术后无切口感染，除2例残留疝囊处血肿外无其他不良并发症，随访2个月～36月无复发。结论 平片应用于腹股沟疝的修补，具有易掌握，疗效好，费用低，值得广泛开展应用。

Application of EPTFE plain patch in the tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia

Objective To investigate the application of EPTFE plain patch in tension-free hemia repair for inguinal hemia. Methods From October 2003 to October 2006,125 cases with inguinal bemia received plain path tension-free hernioplasty were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were cured to discharge from hospital. No incisional infection was found after operation. Except for 2 cases with hematoma of residual hernia sac, no pastoperative complications were occurred in other cases. Follow-up time from 2 to 36 months, no recurrence was found. Conclusion when plain patch was used in the tension-free hernia repair for inguinal hemia, it possesses easy control, good effecacy and a cheaper cost.
