| 摘 要： | 宫颈癌的传统治疗方法是手术和放疗,但就其远期效应来看,没有明显改善或提高宫颈癌的生存率。近年来的研究表明,以顺铂为基础的同步放化疗在治疗早期高危宫颈癌、晚期宫颈癌及复发性宫颈癌中取得突破性进展,为宫颈癌治疗提供了新思路。现就同步放化疗法在宫颈癌治疗中的应用予以综述。

| Abstract: | The traditional treatment of cervical cancer is surgery and radiotherapy,but in term of the long-term effects,these therapy methods do not improve or increase the survival rate of cervical cancer significantly.In recent years,studies have shown that the concurrent of radiotherapy and chemotherapy which base on cisplatin has made breakthroughs in the treatment of early high-risk cervical cancer,advanced cervical cancer and recurrent cervical cancer,this provides new ideas on the treatment of cervical cancer.This paper will do comprehensive overview on the application prospects of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in cervical cancer treatment. |
