高龄老年病人不同雾化吸入方法不良反应观察

目的]分析老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作期病人雾化吸入治疗时不良反应发生情况并研究其对策。方法]将115例COPD病人分成超声雾化组、氧气驱动雾化组、喷射雾化组,观察雾化吸入不良反应发生情况。结果]超声雾化组憋气、发绀、心慌、喘息加重等不良反应发生率较高,并易发生低氧血症,且治疗前后脉搏、呼吸明显增快,与氧气驱动雾化组、喷射雾化组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论]老年COPD急性发作期病人在进行雾化吸入治疗时,选择氧气驱动雾化吸入或喷射雾化吸入,可以减少不良反应发生,提高舒适度,保证有效的治疗。

Observation on adverse reactions of elderly patients undergoing different ways of nebulization

Objective: To analysis the adverse reactions of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients in acute episode undergoing nebulization and to study some strategies for it. Method: A total of 115 patients were divided into ultrasonic nebulization group, oxygen-driving nebulization group and spraying nebulization group. And adverse reactions of nebulization among all cases were observed. Results: Patients of ultrasonic nebulization group developed higher incidence of adverse reactions such as breathlessness, cyanosis, and palpitation. They were prone to develop hypoxemia as well.And patients of ultrasonic nebulization group had higher respiration rate and cardiac rate. Compared with patients of oxygen-driving nebulization group and spraying nebulization group, there were statistical significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion: Elderly COPD patients in acute episode should choose oxygen-driving nebulization or spraying nebulization so as to decrease adverse reactions and to enhance comfortableness and to ensure the effectiveness of nebulization treatment.
