男性乳腺癌18例治疗分析

目的 :探讨男性乳腺癌的治疗方法。方法 :对 1980年 10月～ 1993年 10月收治的 18例男性乳腺癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :3例扩大根治术 ,11例根治术 ,3例简化根治术 ,1例单纯肿块切除 ,腋窝淋巴结转移阳性者 11例 ,占 61 1%。术后放疗者 14例 ,放疗 化疗者 11例 ,化疗 内分泌治疗者 9例 ,单纯内分泌治疗者 2例。Ⅰ期病例 5年内无死亡 ,总 5年生存率为 66 7%。结论 :以根治术为主 ,辅以放疗、化疗、内分泌治疗的综合治疗是男性乳腺癌治疗的较理想方法

The Treatment Analysis on 18 Cases Male Breast Cancer

Objective:To study the best treatment way of male breast cancers.Methods:Retrospective analysis to the clinical data of 18 cases male breast cancer from the October 1980 to 1993.Results:3 cases enlarged radical operation,11 cases radical operation,3 cases simplified radical operation,1 case simple tumorectomy were performed,and 11 cases axillary lymphy nodes metastases were found(611%).After operation,there were 14 cases took radiation therapy,11 cases took radiotherapy and chemotherapy,9 cases took chemoendocrine treatment,2 cases took simple endocrine treatment.There were no death patients for stage I.The total 5 year survival rate was 667%.Conclusions:The radical operation combined with radiotherapy and chemoendocrine treatment was a better method to treat male breast cancer.
