64例脾占位性病变的诊断和治疗

目的探讨脾占位性病变的诊断和治疗对策.方法回顾性分析64例脾占位性病变的临床资料.结果该组良性占位性病变42例,恶性占位性病变22例.B超和CT是主要诊断方法.50例行手术治疗,良性病变疗效好,恶性肿瘤预后差.结论影像检查是脾占位性病变的主要诊断手段,原发性脾脏肿瘤的诊断关键在于提高警惕,对原发性脾肿瘤原则上一旦发现应积极手术.

Diagnosis and treatment of 64 patients with splenic space-occupying lesions

Objective: To explore measures for diagnosis and treatment of splenic space-occupying lesi ons.Methods:A retrospective study on clinical data of 64 cases w ith splenic space-occupying was performed.Results:Of these 64 pa tients with splenic space-occupying,42 were benign and 22 were malignant. Ultra songraphy and CT were the main diagnostic methods. Fifty patients received surgi cal treatments. The theropeutic effects of the operations were satisfactory in t he patients with benign lesions. However,those patients with malignant lesions had an unfavorable prognosis.Conclusions: Image examination is a major diagnostic means for splenic space- occupying lesions. The key points in diagnosing primary splenic tumors are the vigilance to these dieases. In princip le,primary splenic tumor should be surgically treated as soon as it is found.
