快速康复外科在胃癌手术中的应用

目的探讨应用快速康复外科治疗方案和传统方法应用于手术治疗胃癌的效果。方法将2008年2月至6月间收治的胃癌病人50例，分为快速康复外科组25例和传统治疗组25例。比较两组病人术后住院时间、住院费用、术后进食时间、下床活动时间和并发症发生率等。结果两组病人均痊愈出院。快速康复组术后病人肠道恢复时间，住院时间均较对照组缩短，住院费用减少，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组病人的炎性因子指标在术后均升高，快速康复外科组各项指标升高水平较对照组低，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于胃癌手术病人，快速康复外科治疗方案是安全、有效的围手术期处理方案。

Practice of fast track surgery in gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the effects of fast-track-surgery program and tradition care in gastric cancer. Methods Between February 2008 to June 2008,50 cases of gastric cancer were divided into fast-track-surgery program group and tradition care group equally. Results All patients in both groups were cured. The mean hospital stay was significantly shorter, the time of restoring gastrointes- tinal function earlier, and average hospital cost significantly lower in fast-track-surgery program group than tradition care group（P〈0. 05）. The inflammatory factor levels in two groups were elevated, but more significantly in fast-track-surgery program group than in tradition care group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For the patients with gastric cancer, fast-track surgery is a safe and effective perioperative treatment program.
