3种鉴定假丝酵母菌试验的比较

摘    要:目的对假丝酵母菌3种鉴定试验进行比较,寻求快速而准确的假丝酵母菌鉴定方案。方法采用快速假丝酵母菌反应板(Rapid Yeast ID板)、API 20C AUX和科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基(CHROMagar Candida)3种假丝酵母菌鉴定系统对2005年4月至12月我院分离出的211株假丝酵母菌进行了鉴定。结果API 20C AUX、CHROMagar Candida和Rapid Yeast ID板培养鉴定的耗时和准确率分别为48-144h和97.6%(206/211)、24-72h和92.4%(195/211)、28-78h和96.7%(204/211),3种试验对211株假丝酵母菌的鉴定结果差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而对4种常见假丝酵母菌(白念珠菌、热带念珠菌、光滑念珠菌、克柔念珠菌)的鉴定结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论先采用CHROMagar Candida对临床样本进行培养,根据菌落颜色直接鉴定出4种常见假丝酵母菌,而少数显色不明显或不能显色的菌落再采用Rapid Yeast ID板进行鉴定,必要时选用API 20C AUX鉴定系统。

Abstract:Objective To seek a quick and valuable method of yeast-like fungi identification. Methods Three identification systems (Rapid Yeast ID, API 20C AUX and CHROMagar Candida) were applied for identifying 211 yeastlike fungi isolated in our hospital from May to December 2005. Results The identification time and the correct identification rates of API 20C AUX,CHROMagar Candida and Rapid Yeast ID were 48-144 h and 97.6% (206/211), 24-72 h and 92.4% ( 195/211 ) ,28-78 h and 96.7% (204/211 ) respectively. There was significant difference in identification results of three identification systems to 211 yeast-like fungi (P 〈 0.05 ) , but there was no significant difference to four common yeasts ( Candida albicaas, Candida tropicalis, Candida glabrata and Candida krasei) ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions CHROMagar Candida may apply for cultivating and identifying four common yeasts firstly. Rapid Yeast ID may apply for the uncolored yeast-like fungi in CHROMagar Candida colorable medium test secondly, and API 20C AUX may apply when necessary.
